It’s the first day of Spring, and it’s beautiful here. Sunny, 70, and breezy. Days like today are why one lives on the sandbar.

OK. I’ve decided to join the club. I’ve been inspired to take the leap by a friend’s brand new blog Valley Librarian , many posts about blogs for artists by Alison Stanfield on her ArtBizBlog, and by a workshop I attended last week led by Karen Schneider of FreeRangeLibrarian.
